So I know I’m probably being silly but I caved today and had a bag of m&ms and pizza and chips for dinner. I have been eating really healthy for the last month or so in the lead up to my first round of IVF and I’m over halfway through stimming and have had loads of smoothies and veggies etc also been drinking 2 litres of water a day but now I feel like have failed. I also cut out caffeine completely until today having the chocolate! Guess I’m just looking for some reassurance that I haven’t messed everything up the chocolate so wasn’t worth feeling like this xx

I always say everything in moderation, definitely don’t need to be so hard on yourself. We’re all entitled to a treat or 2 especially with it being Easter! Xx
Eat the chocolate! As E_05 says... in moderation! Sounds like you’ve been really good - you deserve a treat! X
People all over the world get pregnant every day eating pizza and chips and chocolate so I wouldn’t worry too much !! The more strain you put on your body the worse it will be for yourself so try not to be hard I’ve with eating my clinic told me not to be googling anything to do with wot to eat to help with implantation , etc etc coz not 1 thing has been scientifically proven to help and what will be will be and I just went on like normal x
Hi lovely, as LCB83 says women everywhere get pregnant eating far worse than this. It's good to keep weight in check for ivf, but the odd treat won't hurt. I had chocolate and alcohol quite a few times during taking the meds and my cycle worked just fine xx
Everything is fine in moderation. I honestly don’t believe that cutting out all the good (bad) stuff helps. I did for my first round and got a bfn. I was also miserable denying myself any treats. I was much more relaxed about it on the next transfers and got two bfps (followed by a bfn). Women who conceive normally, especially with unplanned pregnancies, don’t stress about eating pizza, chips or chocolate xx
