Hello I wasn’t really given any info about this period just told to keep with same tablets/pessaries/injection and do a pregnancy test on day 16.
I’m trying to be calm and positive but I’m quite angsty especially as I stated feeling mild cramps the day after the transfer but not on the day (transfer was 2 days ago.. Sunday). Does this mean my period is coming? I’ve just had a long night of various dream scenarios where I started bleeding.
Any tips for relaxing or on what I can do to help the transfer attach?? Or advice on how I may feel physically?
Thank you!

Hey hun, I’ve has constant pains and got a BFP. It’s really hard to tell wither way.
This time I have use the headspace app with crystal healing and I do that 20mins each morning and find that relaxes me a bit. I then keep walking around, works keeper me busy. Good luck to you 🤞🏻 X
Hi SimsB. Pains are usually due to after effects of procedures, pulling you about. They will settle. Hormones settling back too can cause all sorts of headaches and weird feelings. Try and keep busy and the time will pass. Good luck! Diane
Oh Catherine best of luck! I’m trying not to think about it too much and my transfer wasn’t at all smooth so I’m not feeling very hopeful although I know I’m meant to be thinking positive. Fingers sooooooo crossed for ALL of us x
I tested early on Monday as couldnt resist and mine positive too. Absolutely flabergasted! Very pleased but also terrified as I lost my baby this year at 5.5 months. I’m just going to try and relax and be positive and healthy.
Best of luck to the both of us x
Congratulations! I’m so please for you.
I’ve been desperate to test but promised my husband I’d wait until I got back from holiday.
I feel very calm whereas he’s emotional.
I can’t imagine the mix of emotions you must be feeling. Look after yourself.
