So I feel like I’ve been on a bit of a journey these last few months. I thought my natural miscarriage had completed but after my last scan (20th Aug) they told me that I still had some remaining tissue approx 1cm. I have now stopped bleeding and not in any pain. Does anyone know if i could just pass this tissue at any time of if it is likely it will happen with my next period - although I have no idea when that is due!? Could this go on for months? Is 1cm considered small? They did talk to me amount medical management (tablets) but I wasn’t sure what to do and they were happy to monitor me for now. I have had two blood tests but I don’t know what the results of these are. I have another scan next Monday but I assume the tissue is still there if I’m not bleeding? I’m so confused with it all now. Any advice appreciated. Thank you x

I had 2 cm of tissue remaining when this happened to me, they re scanned me 2 weeks later and luckily it had come away naturally. They weren’t keen on giving me medication as it was in their words too small. Hopefully when you have your next scan it will have gone naturally. Big hugs xx
