PLEASE HELP 3 EMBRYO TRANSFERRED DAY 5 BLASTOCYSTS ON 27 JULY. TESTED TODAY NEGATIVE.

Hello Ladies,

I had 3 good quality embryos, day 5 blastocysts transferred on 27 July. The 2 week wait is killing me. I tested this morning and got a negative. My test date is 8 Aug Friday. The only symptom I have is I'm extremely hot, no spotting or implantation bleed. A few cramps here and there. I'm convinced it hasn't worked for us. Tender breasts little itchy.

I'm having trouble thinking of anything else has any other ladies tested early? I have been feeling really down since the last week very emotional and tearful. I am 45 years old and I feel this was my last chance with my own eggs. I was taking progenova 2mg twice daily and suppositories 200mg progesterone 3 times daily. I'm so frightened of testing on Friday and getting a negative.

This was our 2nd attempt icsi where we had 5 eggs collected and 3 fertilised and made it to 5 day blastocysts was advised to have all put back in.

Please ladies give me some advice am I being to negative and maybe there is still some hope for me.

Hun don’t worry. I had this same issue. I tested on the Wednesday and it was negative by the Friday when I tested it was positive. I’m waiting to be induced this Wednesday. So think positive. I only had one blastocyst out of nine eggs retrieved. Hope this helps x

You have so long to go before you’ll know the true result, testing early is the best and worst thing ever it’s like torturing yourself because you can never be sure it’s a correct result. There’s so many ladies on here that have negative results the day before their OTD and have positive results. Along with the same amount who have no symptoms at all. To be fair, only the OTD normally reveals the exact results so Don’t stress yourself too much if you Can. Good luck xxxxx
