About to start IVF yet I'm still bleeding after taking lupron and duphaston (progesterone)

I need your help!

I'm an IVF newbie, I'm about to start the process. I have been struggling with emdometriosis cysts and it caused me to spot between periods

So i was placed on lupron and progesterone pills after draining the cysts to regulate my cycle in preparation for IVF. I'm expected to have a withdrawal bleed after progesterone for 2wks but in my case I'm bleeding already before completing the drug. Now I've finished it, still bleeding, cysts r back after draining. The doctor is reassuring me that the bleeding should stop in a week as lupron may delay in taking effect.. But I'm just worried, as I have been bleeding heavily for 1week. Pls who has gone through a similar case and how did you resolve it?
