Finally came home from the hospital yesterday after losing a lot of blood from my subchorionic haematoma. Luckily It slowed just before needing a transfusion, I'm now on high does iron and severely anaemic and bed bound basically π oh the irony that my body couldn't bleed by itself when not pregnant.. I get pregnant and all it wants to do is bleed!! π

Home from the hospital!
π this sounds so stressful, you poor thing. Take it easy, relax and do nothing. I hope your bleeding stops now you've lost a lot x
Yeah I've been a lady of leisure Haha. It has settled a lot now, still red though do it's still actively haemorraging however it's a tiny amount in comparison so hopefully it is stopping/resolving. I just feel shocking as my Hb dropped from 125 to 88 in 12 hours. Baby actually seems happier now though with more space xx
Goodness me. Sending love, take it easy x
This must be so stressful, I hope that's the end of it and everything is ok now xxx
Hope you are feeling better soon, but it must be stressful.
Is it something that will continue to bleed or will it stop once it reduces down?
It all depends on how my body deals with it to be honest. My body will either absorb it, like a bruise, expel it all or as much as possible, or in some situations it comes out with the after birth π€·ββοΈ just hoping this is my body's way of fixing the issue xx
What a nightmare! Try and enjoy your forced relaxation and being waited on. Hope you feel better soon xxx
Hi,
This journey can be very tough! Take it easy and relax! I hope your bleeding stops! Fingers crossed! Xx
Yes hopefully stops soon as I dont fancy a transfusion and at this rate I'll have no chance of a water birth!
Tank God ur safe and home. Please take ur rest. πππ
Hang in there darling Iβm rooting for ya xxx
Definitely, I'm looking forward to feeling full movements. I may relax a little then x
