Is there really Any No meds involved???

So this Saturday I got my period and I did call clinic this morning to let them know. My “first bleeding day “they count us day one yesterday so they give me appointment for my first scan on 17 July.

She say I need to start on 16 July my ovulation test with first morning pee and 12 h after .

This all is to simple...no meds ...just ovulation tests ....

Please ladies is any of u had natural frozen cycle? What about vagina progesterone????

Hey, sadly I couldn’t have a natural FET due to cysts, but I understood that if it was a natural there wouldn’t be any meds. My clinic would’ve gone with scans to monitor for ovulation and had me take a trigger shot so they could time things better. But they also explained that other clinics might just do the over the counter ovulation tests and that could work just fine.

If you don’t have (or they don’t suspect) a hormonal problem, you don’t need progesterone either. Basically it’s a natural pregnancy where the first part has happened outside your body. As you’ll have ovulated, your body will start making progesterone in prep for a pregnancy anyways!

I’m bit nervous because the only cycles I had was fresh ones.

In beginning I was thinking about medicated frozen one but after my last fresh cycle this feb it took me while for my body to recover and my period from always being every 28 day change to 32 days . They recommend natural one and I ask to put 2 back in .xx
