Trying Naturally.... Ideas

I’ve disappeared for a while now but I’m ready to be back! I was feeling depressed down anxious and a lot more with everything going on, you don’t realise how much IVF and trying has a affect on you.

I have been to counselling and i have been having phone sessions which have helped me so much as i could not face going in. It took me a long time to even reach out for help but I realised I actually needed it.

I wanted to start trying Naturally (i already was but wanted any ideas) so my OH has low sperm count morphology and and low motility he doesn’t take any vitamins atm but i want him to be back on something im thinking Menevit????

Also I don’t have any fertility problems with myself but my cervix is high and what i noticed on day of transfer and hsg is my canel has a hump so it looks like a bridge and what i think is the sperm can’t get passed it to get to my womb??? ( sorry if I don’t make sense) what can i do to help?

I’m making my husband take a standard multivitamin and also selenium and coq10 and r alpha lipoic acid. And when I say making - it is easier to get my cat to take tablets 😂 I also have a cervix with a very narrow bend in it which makes transfers fun and I wondered the same about trying naturally but remember the sperm are absolutely tiny and if the transfer tube can get in they will be able to too.

Thats a better way to put it a narrow bend, im thinking the transfer took 45 minutes nearly and the consultant admitted he thought he would of had to give up! So im thinking because my OH sperm is low in all areas its not even getting where it should. Thank you for your reply

My second transfer was just like that, took 45 mins and she said it was the hardest one she’d done in 6 months. Different doctors for my third and fourth transfers and they basically just kept prodding until it went through. And it does make you think it’s an access problem, have had those thoughts too as we are unexplained. Hope your natural ttc is successful x
