IVF Down Reg didn't work

Morning All

After sniffing Suprecur nasal spray for 2.5 weeks, my scan and bloods showed that it hasn't worked. I have been told I need to wait for a bleed to start again. Has anyone had the same experience?

Sorry to hear that, its rubbish to get a set back when you have just started. I had the same but my clinic just swopped me onto buserelin injections as they thought I perhaps wasnt absorbing the meds with the spray....apparently it happens. Those worked for me.xx

Hi Titcho. Sadly this happens. Perhaps take a note from "Cinderella5's" book and opt for injections, which is what I would have advised in such a case - my thoughts of course. However, they do learn much about you when these things happen, so hopefully they can sort your next cycle to suit you better. Good lucks! Diane

I'm so sorry to hear this I had this problem. In the end it went on for 9 months 😣, it was so frustrating to start every month and then be told to stop and start again the month after. My clinic have now changed frozen protocol and now I just take oestradol before transfer, much easier for me. Hopefully your clinic can sort it out for you soon xx
