Hi, I had a hysteroscopy today. They found a polyp that measured 1cm and removed it for me. I have read this can be a reason for implantation failure. Has anyone had a polyp removed and went on to a BFP? Thinking this might change our next plan and allow us another try with my own eggs. I wish it was found a long time ago. Maybe we wouldn’t of had 4 failed cycles. Little bit of hope to cling to as it’s the first issue they have found. 🤗😘 x

Hi gemmy. Well it’s out of the way now, and you have a nice tidy womb to continue treatment with! Yes, it may be the reason for implantation failure, you may never know. Try not to worry about the “what ifs” and look forward to trying again. Fingers crossed for you and I shall be thinking of you. Diane
I had two polyps removed - one in Jan 2018 and another one in Nov 2018 - and went on to have a successful FET in Jan 2019. I'm now 24 weeks. I think the polyps were my main problem, because all of our other tests came back completely fine! I hope it all works out for you.
