Headache after ovidrel trigger

Hi ladies, I triggered Friday with 250ui Ovidrel and whilst my tummy pains are getting better, I am left with massive headaches (which feel worse than the mood swings that I also have...) . Did you experience something similar? If yes, how long did it last and is there anything that helped you?

Hi Tgr. Probably just down to the medication working on your pituitary gland in your brain. Try drinking some extra water - sometimes helps. You can take some paracetamol too if you want, unless you have been prescribed something else. No anti-inflammatories, such as ibuprofen. Hope you soon feel better, and good luck with the rest of the cycle. Diane

Thanks so much! That makes sense. I am trying with loads of water and keep on running to the loo :) Shall see it as a good sign that the meds are working....
