Ovidrel

one thing I notice, I started progesterone and was given ovidrel shot the day after my scan of 9mm. Are these 2 items going against the estrogen causing lining to thin? Does anyone knows what’s the use of ovidrel before transfer?

We took ovidrel 250 13 days ago- could this line be the trigger? We are also wondering if its chemical as it came up early and we are paranoid it is slightly fading! We have took another brand which is an extremely light line and one basically negative. would love to hear everyone thoughts?

I did ovidrel trigger 12 days ago, transfer was on Monday (5 days ago) so I’m not letting me get excited yet.

We did natural FET but I had trigger for ovulation (ovidrel shot) so I think maybe they wanted to be sure is out of my system by testing time.

I had an 250 ovidrel at the time. Last cycle my trigger was completely gone by day 7. The last 3 days my tests haven’t changed at all. I know I shouldn’t test, but I’m a tester! If it was the trigger, would I not expect it to get lighter? Anyone else had something similar?

This time we watched for the signs and then we used Ovidrel to force my ovulation at the time when it looked like it was going to happen anyway, so that we would know exactly when, so we could time the FET.

I had ovidrel 13 days ago. And even if it’s not trigger shouldn’t it be darker by now? Anyone got any positive stories for a vvvvvvfl at 6 days past transfer? This is transfer number 13 for me so really holding onto any scrap of hope… Thank you xx

Tested on day 7 was fairly positive ( morning after the ovidrel ) tested today (day 9 ) gone lighter, not sure what's going on. could it be positive from that ovidrel injection which I take every 3 days??? Could be another chemical??? OTD in 3 days won't change anything.

Had a positive OPK for 4-5 days after Ovidrel trigger shot, when in a natural cycle I would only get 1-2 positive ovulation tests. Supplemented with vaginal progesterone since 3DPO, so any pregnancy symptoms would be hard to recognize at this point.

I have had IUI on Wednesday, Triggered with Ovidrel on Tuesday, how long does it take for ovidrel to wear off? When is good time for testing?

We had done double trigger with pregnyl and ovidrel. Has this happened to anyone else? About to try one last time and really don’t want this to happen again. Potentially going to add another trigger that works slightly differently. Keen for other perspectives. Thanks milly x

He gave me an ovidrel injection to stimulate the ovary to release, in hopes it would release the cyst but it didn't. He suggested Lupron to possibly shrink or keep the cyst from growing further. I was thinking on that one.

I took a trigger shot (Ovidrel) 5 days before the transfer. I’ve read that this can still be in my system and you can get false positives. What do you think? My last round of ivf I had what I thought was a chemical, now I’m thinking maybe it was the Ovidrel!

So we slipped up and had unprotected sex a day after taking the Ovidrel trigger shot. I asked my partner to pull out and he said maybe a little still went in. We’re due to have our FET transfer in 2 days. My instinct says not to worry as we have not conceived for over a year now.

All my BFN transfers I haven’t started cramping until 7dp5dt.. but this time I’m using Crinone (usually oripro or ovidrel) and my endo is much worse the whole stim cycle it was strong pain... tell me you stories with cramping this early? Was it bfp? Was it the progesterone and a BFN?

We had our frozen embyro transfer 8 days ago and ovidrel 15 days ago. I had a very faint positive this morning. Blood test is Tues. Our last round failed so I'm not feeling very hopeful. Anyone have any insight?

Hi ladies, I triggered Friday with 250ui Ovidrel and whilst my tummy pains are getting better, I am left with massive headaches (which feel worse than the mood swings that I also have...) . Did you experience something similar? If yes, how long did it last and is there anything that helped you?

My Ovidrel or "trigger" is always gone by 8 or 9 days and today is 8 days after so if it was the trigger it would be an absolute squinter. OTD is Tue but I'm calling this as an early BFP!

So Ive tested yesterday and today, expecting a faint positive as I had an Ovidrel shot on the day of transfer. But the tests are getting lighter, so I think by tomorrow I should get a bfn as I always test negative by the 9th day.
