Frozen embryo

Hi its been a few weeks since ive been on here after getting a Bfn , im just after some advice please im due to have a frozen embryo cycle I’m having 1 egg pit back. I have to ring on my next bleed, im trying to llan a holiday just wondering is it so many apts? Like a fresh cycle or is it not as many visits scans etc, ? Thanks x

My frozen cycle was natural and don’t even remember if I had to go on scans at all, just made ovulation test and ring them when it came back positive and was advised of the transfer day. But your clinic might have different approach. Good luck!

I had 2 scans, from what I understood it just depends on how your lining is progressing. They were flexible about us choosing a date for the transfer too once my lining got to 8mm which could be handy for planing.

I’ve not had a fresh transfer to compare it to but my FET was medicated and I found it a lot easier than the stims stage if that helps!

I had 2 scans, first to check down reg had worked and then one to check lining thickness. Then it was just the appointment for the transfer. Sometimes if your lining isn’t thick enough you may have an extra scan xx
