Hi I'm starting my meds on the 3rd of march for my frozen embryo transfer and would like to know if any one got good news doing this or is it a less chance than having a fresh cycle I'm so scared after last time I got positive test result and to lose it 😢

Hi there. I haven't tried either yet but we're participating in a study on this for our clinic. There is evidence that FET are actually more successful than fresh so the NHS are undertaking a study to see whether that's true and if it is it may be that all NHS cycles are frozen in the future.

There is obviously insufficient evidence at the moment or the wouldn't need to dobthe study but the signs are positive so hopefully it will be successful for you.

Wishing you all the very best of luck with the cycle. X

Good luck with your cycle, wishing you lots of baby dust,

I'm hoping to start my 2nd cycle April, I didn't agave any good Ines to freeze so this is a fresh cycle and start from scratch,

Keep us posted on your cycle xx

Thanks :)

I feel exactly the same as you. I got pregnant first ivf and had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. I start my frozen cycle in my next cycle and I'm terrified but I guess all we can do is think positive.

Good luck!! Xx

Hi there, I am currently 15 weeks pregnant from an FET, so I can vouch that it definitely does work! I found it so much less stressful than the fresh cycle and I'm sure that that contributed to its success. Good luck! Xx

Hi lisa, I haven't had any embryos to freeze so can't comment on that but I do understand your concerns having experienced a loss like yourself so I wish you all the very best with your fet cycle.

Chances are, as your embie was strong enough to freeze it'll be strong enough to go the distance when nestled back in mama.

Ps, were you a 1983 baby too? Tehe.

Best of luck lovely Xx 😊
