Help with infertility

Hello,

In short, I've been try to conceive for a while now, miscarried once, have pcos and just recently(4months) ago had ovarian drilling and Presacral Neurectomy due to my gynecological issues. we have been trying to conceive but nothing, fortunately im ovulating now which i wasn't before for more then 3 years. my question is: how can i prepare my body with medication few months before trying to conceive, which medications would you recommend ?

Sorry to hear about your loss. I had been taking pregnacare and a multi vit for a while. recently moved to proceive sachets which are aimed at women who are 35 years plus or those who have been trying for 12 months plus. no luck yet but hopefully starting IVF in next few months. Hubby has been taking some too-started off with a male tablet aimed at male fertility,poss wellman I think and multi vit. he now takes multi vit and fertilsan.
