Well done!! The first one is the worst! You will find it easier tomorrow now that you know what to expect.

My husband and I did it as a team effort. He drew up all of the needles and I did the actual injection. I felt better with this as I was in control and he was happy because he was involved!

Good luck with your journey!! Xx

Well done you!! It's nowhere near as bad as you think, is it? My OH started off doing them, but a couple of times he couldn't be there and I had to do it myself and I preferred it - he's really heavy handed!!!

Well done! I was planning my husband to do it from the start but I just came over all brave on the first day and decided to do it myself too, then I did them all myself! I’ve done 5 rounds and I think it was about round 4 that I let him try one and i really didn’t like it! Slightly heavy handed even though he was really careful!

I found it helped to let him do the prep then I did the actual injection, that way we were both involved xx

Well done! My husband has to give me all injections as there is no way on this planet I could do it myself 😅 so well done!

Thats what i thought there was no way i could do it but for some reason i was more scared of him doing it than me even tho i 100% trusted him to do it

well done you! I don't have a fear of needles..and I did let my husband do a couple so he didn't feel left out but to be honest I much preferred doing them myself,do whatever works best for you xo

Well done you!!

My husband draws up my injections and I then inject myself, maybe that would help keep him involved 😘 Good luck x x

I left all the injections to my other half. It made him feel important. Besides I do have a needle phobia, although done a few myself. I found if you use Emla cream and leave it on for an hour before injections it's so much easier to do them yourself. You did a great job x
