Blood - ovulation or period?

Hi ladies, I have a somewhat unusual question: Last cycle I was taking Bemfola to produce a nice follicle for iui. I responded a bit too well and we needed to cancel the cycle unfortunately. So I stopped the drugs and at the time there were 3-4 follicles that were 1.3-1.9mm big and a few smaller but responsive ones (last week Saturday on cycle day 9). Now I do not really know what ovulation feels like (pcos...) and I wouldn't know how it feels or looks like with many follicles. I started bleeding today and am not sure if "superovulation" of a few follicles could cause that or if that really is AF. Is just day 17, so mega early for me as I usually have cycles around 32-35 days now. Any experience? Can multiple ovulation cause bleeding? I kind of hope it is AF as I can start a new medicated iui cycle then but am careful not to get too excited. Thanks so much for your advice!
