CD1 FET natural cycle

Today is cd1 of a natural FET cycle.

What things could you recommend which could aid me in having a successful conception.

I know the pregnancy bit is out of my hands but any advice is welcome.

I really hope this is my chance, it’s my last chance and I want to give it all I have but at the same time I need to try and not overthink.

Did you take any supplements?

What about caffeine? Is it wise to go cold turkey now?

Hi hon,

just wanted to say good luck. it's pretty much out of our hands at this point and all up to the embryo, so I don't really have any specific advice. Just take good care of yourself, the usual - eat well, gentle exercise, plenty of water, sleep well, avoid getting stressed (ha!). Hope this is your time xxx

Thank you that’s really kind of you. I’m looking forward to it, slightly scared it’ll be over quite quickly and I’ll be in the same boat this time next month but hey, it’s a better chance than I have ttc naturally.
