Ok so my first transfer and FET will be in August. Is there anything I should be aware of by doing a natural FET with no meds! Any experiences??? I'm nervous theres a chance my hormones won't be in place lol xx

Hi Liana89. Try not to worry about your hormones. If they weren't OK then you wouldn't be offered a natural FET. Just keep to a sensible diet and don't forget your Folic Acid and Vitamin D. Hope all goes well. Diane

Thank you!! Xxxxx

Hi Liana. I had s natural cycle in March and i’m In my 40s. My body responds much better this way. Progynova stopped my womb lining from growing properly and i’m almost 20 weeks pregnant now 🙏🏼. Only difference is you might need the extra odd scan. Stay positive and good luck x

Yeh doc said if I don't get my LH surge my day 14 they'll scan otherwise it's just by the surge which is kinda nerve wracking lolol

Im just doing my first natural FET as my body functions normally in terms of ovulating and progesterone, it’s an odd feeling! I got my surge on Sunday so they count the day after as ovulation day (they call it day zero) so my day 5 FET is on Saturday. We are transferring two hatched blasts but their quality isn’t great at CC. Good luck!xx

Hey Liana89, just wanted to say best of luck for your FET. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant from mine! I didn't do anything special at all this time. No acupuncture, no special diets, just ate well, took the pregnacare pre conception vitamins that include folic acid etc. and didn't do too much strenuous activity. Still went to the gym and swam but at like 50% the effort. Trusting your body to know what to do and being calm are the most important things. Good luck! xx

Thank you for the reply! :) Congratulations! :) I'll just take it easy I guess and hopefully everything will go well xx
