Thank you 😌 had my 3rd iui on Friday. Putting it to back of my mind but staying positive. Praying it’s successful as I only get one more go after this then would need IVF, and that would mean back on another waiting list xx

Are you on the nhs ?? I’m going private if it don’t happen first time I get two more shots he recommended this rather than ivf as we are both healthy just the speed isn’t getting there because of my condition .Hopefully this way and my gynaecologist help the sperm will hit the egg 🤞 I’m positive because I’ve no under lining issues I’m healthy so fingers crossed

Yeah it’s on the NHS. I was offered ivf or iui but went with iui as our fertility is just unexplained so nothing really wrong with either of us xx

Yea it’s frustrating probably more so for you as your infertility as you said is unexplained I know it’s because of my vaginismus stopping me conceiving naturally and I’ve had the counselling used dilators and the list is endless so im hoping with the help of getting my partners swimmers into my uterus we hit gold 🤞 as I hope all the ladies and gents on here do so too .What part of the country are you I’m being treated at CRGW llantraissant South Wales although I myself am originally from Dublin my partner is welsh I’ve been in Wales for 16 years now xx

I’m in Ayrshire Scotland. They have been good but if this dosnt work I need to go on a year waiting list for ivf in Glasgow as they don’t do it in Ayrshire. Fingers crossed it didn’t come to that 😊xx

I'm currently being treated in Glasgow on the NHS, I wasn't suitable for IUI they have gone straight to IVF after I failed to ovulate on letrozole. The clinic put me on the waiting list for IVF when I initially failed to respond to the lower doses of letrozole 'to save time' I ended up on letrozole for another 4 months waiting for my IVF referral. Is there any way your clinic could refer you to Glasgow now for IVF? Also if its any consolation I was told the waiting list was 6 months, although I'm not sure which fertility clinic you would attend?

Hi, they won’t put me on the waiting list until I am completely with IUI. Wishing the days away till next Friday when I can do a test. Oh 6 months is a whole lot better 😊xx
