PCOS andeomynosis- ttc second baby

Hi everyone,

We are ttc to our second atm

I have a 5 year old who took us four years to make

Another four years we got pregnant again but sadly ended in a missed miscarriage and I had to have surgical management on November 15th 2019

Since then I’ve only had two cycles and I’m still in cycle number 2 now. I’m on CD41

I recently had an MRI and now they are saying I have andeomynosis as well as PCOS

Has anyone got pregnant with both of these and carried full term?

I was meant to have a hysterectomy a year ago but I said no because I want one more baby but maybe that’s not realistic?

I need some help please women!!
