Negative on day 10

Hi,

I had my frozen embryo transfer on 10th and the nurse ask me to test it on 17th and I did the test today and it turns negative. M crushed totally as I was expecting this to be a positive as I had the symptom on my body. Between yesterday late evening I got slight brownish color coming out from my vagina but it's not period for sure. Can someone tell me what were all this and can the next day test possibly positive. Does anybody experience it.

Hi, if your transfer was on the 10th, then you are only 7 days post transfer today so it’s still quite early. I know a lot of ladies got a line on day 6, but some didn’t until much later. I would wait longer. Good luck x

Oh ok, mine was on 7th too! I haven’t tested yet and my otd is only on Thursday. I don’t want to give you high hopes. Have you contacted the clinic yet with the result?

Yes, I hv informed my nurse on this and she asked me to stop dupsthon and contact her when I got my menses. Mine was day 5 blostocyst transfer.

Ok, I’m so sorry. Not sure why I have to wait until Thursday, it’s beyond me how clinics can be different. Mine was also a blastocyst. Sending love x

Frozen transfer doesn't require a trigger shot. You've still got that in your system and it needs to disappear or the pregnancy test picks up on it.

Mine was a frozen transfer. My clinic otd is always 14 days regardless it’s fresh or frozen. Not sure why so long.
