Negative test on day 10

Has anyone tested negative on day 10 post a 5day embryo transfer on a home test and still test positive on OTD. I just tested negative on day 10 and I’m asking to know if there’s still hope for me.

I don’t feel qualified to give you advice but my experience might help. Last month, after a fresh transfer, I tested on day 10 post 5-day transfer and had a BFN. I tested on OTD and was still negative. I did carry on with progesterone until OTD and I recommend you do the same. The embryo quality was average.

I was frantically looking for positive experiences after the BFN and I’m sure you are too. There’s a few out there but I wasn’t one of them.

hi there so sorry you going through this, Iv tested as well and my test is negative day 9pt with a day 6 blast. I’m preparing myself for an overall negative. I didn’t think IVF was so brutal before I started. I’m crossing fingers for you and hoping for a miracle on OTD.

so true it really feels like it a waste. Tested this morning and I still got a BFN. I’m so deflated and had a good cry still in bed, I’m glad I eased myself into this step cos had I not tested earlier I’d be worse emotionally. Now Il test on OTD and call the dr a part of me feels I don’t have to go all the way to the clinic because it will be confirmed by the blood test or is there anything else they do?

It’s just the blood test. When is your OTD?
