I am so early into my pregnancy - only 4weeks + 4days and I have been experiencing dull period like cramps on and off for last couple days. I don't really have any other symptoms apart from tiredness and feeling hungry. My boobs only slightly hurt but I have to push them to check!!
Has anyone experienced the cramping in early pregnancy? I am so worried to get another chemical again! my scan is till not for another 2 weeks.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, silverlini! I had period pains up until a few weeks ago at 8 weeks. My boobs are only ever sore when I touch them too and they only started hurting around 6 weeks of pregnancy.
It’s easier said than done, and I know it’s practically impossible, but try to relax. Good luck for your scan in 2 weeks xx

this has made me feel a bit better so thank you! I really hope its the same for me too. I guess I've recently had a bad experience and feel luck hasn't been on my side recently! I need to calm down and try to enjoy it. I had such a glorified picture of being pregnant when I was younger...nothing like I imagined now!xx
Yeah thats normal I dont really get pregnancy symptoms either no sickness heightened smell or funny tastes only thing I sometimes get is sore boobs they dont even get bigger which is a bummer.
ah I see! I imagined being pregnant and being sick straight away...the movies have it so wrong!! haha!
Well some people do my sister before she even tests some smells make her sick cant stand her husbands aftershave, tea and coffee lol bless her. But me na its like im not even pregnant no craving or anything dont even show til im 7/8 months just look abit fat lol
oh right! well you're kinda lucky in one respect but I bet you want to feel that you are pregnant!?
Hmmm not really lol not the sickness anyway that would be awful! I just wish I was pregnant again I've had 2 full term pregnancies and 3 missed miscarriages up to 12/13w in 14 months.

Hi silverlini I think we are at about the same stage. Congratulations!! I got my bfp on 6th and my scan isn’t until the 25th. I’m second guessing everything! I keep getting the odd twinge and almost period like feeling in my stomach. Nothing bad. And my lower back aches on and off. My boobs are sore but then they have been since I started taking the progesterone. Every time I feel something I think oh no what’s happening?! Not sure I’ll be able to relax a little until I’ve had the first scan.

Hi! Thank you! congratulations on your bfp too!! I found out on the 3rd so yes we are pretty much at the same stage! I want to feel so positive and excited but I don't, not until the 7 week scan...maybe I will start to feel a bit better then.
It's so hard isn't it! the 2ww drags and is hell. Then when you find out your pregnant its just a constant worry!! one day this will all be worth it!xx
I know I thought once I got a positive that would be it but then you read about all these heartbreaking stories where it’s gone wrong and I just can’t relax. Almost feel like I’ll jinx it if I take it for granted I’m pregnant. I’ll be driving along and say to myself ‘I’m pregnant’ but it just doesn’t seem real! Cant wait to have this first scan to hopefully put my mind at rest that everything is progressing as it should be. I’ll keep my eyes peeled to see how you’re getting on! 💗

It's hard not to feel anxious isn't it? But what you've described sounds like early pregnancy symptoms so try not worry (ha!). I had mild cramping all the way through the 2ww and for a while afterwards, so about the same time frame as you I think. I was also always prodding at my boobs to check they were still sore (they were!) and soooo tired. Thankfully not too much sickness although I noticed certain smells really bothered me. Hopefully you'll not have too many unpleasant symptoms and enjoy your pregnancy after the scan gives you some reassurance xxx
oh it's so hard!! ok phew I hope so. Cramping has gone now for a bit...I am sure it will come back! I want to feel sick haha!! I will be sorry I am sure!xx
I’m at exactly the same point! Our scan is 16th. I had mild cramping throughout the 2ww and the past week although it’s easing off now. I am feeling slightly queasy throughout the day but haven’t actually been sick. My boobs are tender if I touch them too. I keep doing a test every few days because I have no idea what to expect. Keep hanging in there. Everyone is different sending lots of love 💛💛
I guess it is quite a common symptom then! I hate how similar it is to AF! our bodies can be so cruel! good luck for the 16th!xx
Hi congrats on this. Am 6 weeks and in a similar position. My symptoms come and go it appears at the mo. Feeling rough at mo but cud be a number of things. Def v diff for diff ppl and pregnancy’s hopefully all k. All can do is wait till the scan. 🤞🤞🤞 for us all. Take care xx

Exactly me! I had awful period cramps 4w4d that I was sent to epu with a suspected ectopic. Too early too see anything but a week later there was the yolk and sac. I now have a 16 month old. It's the ligaments stretching preparing your womb and pelvis for giving birth. I had it on and off all pregnancy. Midwife told me to drink a tonne of water too as being dehydrated can make the cramps worse.
I also had very little pregnancy symptoms early on. No morning sickness, just a huge appetite especially for carbs and cheese lol. Knew I was having a boy from the start! Congratulations xx

When I have cramps I joke to my husband and say ‘baby has been pushing me with his feet today’ lol some people say when you feel hungry at the start of pregnancy it means boy?!xx
Yes definitely crazy how once implantation has happened the body kicks in already starting the ligaments stretching. Honestly I had the worst period pains for weeks!
Yes usually they say boy is ravenous and barely any morning sickness and so true with me. I couldn't stop eating lol. I had odd queasy day or sensitive to smell but never felt proper sick nor sick all pregnancy.
It's nerve-wracking being pregnant but it's all worth it. I also had a chemical 7 weeks before conceiving my little boy. Take it one day at a time, drink plenty of water and look forward to seeing your baby on that scan xx

Oh interesting! I’ve heard that from a few women...I’ve been hungry before I even knew I was pregnant! I thought it was an odd symptom but so many women have it!
I just want to enjoy it, I’m sure I will once I know it’s there growing and doing its thing!xx
