Hi there! Anyone out there trying for their second? I’m in my two week wait (6dpt of 3 day embryo) and the first couple of days I felt good but since today I’ve been experiencing mild cramping...as if my lower belly is ‘sinching in’...sometimes it’ll like mild AF cramp but also this ‘tightening feeling’. Anyone recognize this? I guess what’s hard for this time round is that with my daughter I barely had any symptons and felt good and it was a succesful IVF run at first go...now a failed cryo in October and a failed new IVF/ICSI run in Early December (also nothing to freeze). But every time symptoms are different and now that I’m feeling cramps today I’m so scared because the only comprison I have of success was me not experiencing cramping (just some twinges from the embryo growing into my womb-lining...what’s the word?). Anyone else struggling with very different symptoms and feelings each round and you feel you have no good reference? I feel like crying but want to stay positive so badly.

Hi, we’re trying for our second too. From everything I have read all these symptoms could be implantation or could be the meds, you are still in with every chance so don’t lose hope! I also believe that each pregnancy is different.
My first was a natural pregnancy and I had no idea until a few days after my missed period. With my first ICSI last year I knew I was pregnant 6 days in..cramping, food aversions, nausea, bloating but that was twins which I lost at 9 weeks. I feel like I will have no reference of what’s normal either! I really hope you get your BFP xx
Thank you so so so much, this means a lot!! And I am so sorry for your loss at 9 weeks, lots of baby dust to you too! It’s going to happen for us ♥️
Going for our second aswell as we had a frostie from the icsi round. Transfers on Friday but can't remember any tww symptoms apart from i thought af was coming due to cramps.
Fingers crossed for your bfp x
More positivity needed, hun! It's perfectly fine to feel this way. I'd suggest getting your check-ups done. Maybe, get a second opinion as well. It should get better for you. Best of luck to you on this journey. I hope it all works out well. Sending lots of baby dust. x
Please don't cry, honey. I know what you must be going through. Look, I know it's hard. TTC can be so tough. You need to hang in there. You're doing everything right. Good luck to you! I really hope it happens.
We are trying for our second too. Our daughter was the beautiful result of our 2nd cycle (ICSI) that involved mild cramps, spotting and dizzy and nausea during the 2ww... So you never can tell.
I'm currently 9dp5dt on my 3rd cycle (FET using the final frostie from cycle 2) but not looking hopeful. It's not over until it's over though. Every pregnancy is different so it's so hard to tell what's going on!
Best of luck to you xx
It’s so hard but thank goodnesss we know that it worked with us before...my accupuncurist said ‘your body knows what to do, we have proof, it’s just a matter of good timing and luck now’!! Can you do an early HPT (extra sensitive) already? LOTS of baby dust for you! Thanks for your reply about the mild cramps ♥️♥️♥️
Hi, I’ve just given birth to my second. Both ICSI babies. My symptoms were totally different throughout both pregnancies inc during the 2ww so try not to worry too much. Each pregnancy is definitely different! I had the pinching feeling you describe with my first pregnancy but not the second. I hope it is a positive sign for you. Good luck!
This is GOLDEN information, thank you so so so much. So lovely to hear that you’ve given birth to two ICSI babies!! Thanks again for taking the time to answer, means a lot!
