IVF app sent to Guys Hospital!

Hi all,

I've just had a call to say our IVF application has been sent to Guys Hospital and I'm so glad to be getting everything rolling. I had a slight scare last week when I had an ultrasound and they said they saw a cyst on my ovary just 3 months after I had surgery to remove as much endometriosis as possible before sending the referral. Thankfully it hasn't (yet) sent anything back.

Just wondering if anyone else is having treatment at Guys Hospital and how long you waited from referral to first appointment?

Guy’s hospital is excellent. Very professional staff and very considerate as well. I’m on my FET cycle now and can say that the staff have been really good and was very happy with the hospital. Good luck xx

That's really good to hear, all I can find online is people saying they never answer their phone, so thank you for sharing your positive experience! X

Well they have a busy line definitely. But I normally try first thing in the morning or late afternoon. That has been pretty easier but yes sometimes when I wanted to enquire about funding and status application I have been on the phone waiting to get through for almost an hour.Good luck x
