Stopped letrozole 12dec 2018

Hey all I was stopped on my letrozole Dec 12th after having HSG test and shows left tube is still open after surgery last year which is good thing so was told by my specialist to go home and rest till nexted appointment and then we start first stage of IVF... I had my last cycle 2nd January to 9th January and last few days my books has been tender and sore to touch and getting slight cramps but no sign of cycle I'm not going to lie I'm hoping for a mericle to happen but I can't help think negative either any advice helpfull please, sending loads baby dust up ways ladies xx
