Over 5 years ago when we done my first cycle my AMH was 15.7 age 34.
Year after we done another cycle which give us a healthy baby girl. From that cycle we had one frostie so November 2018 we went back to clinic to try for sibling for her so we repeat AMH test which come out that is 5.7. Base on that we decided to do one more fresh cycle in feb 2019 . We gained another 3 frostie and one was transferred. BFN .
Few months after that we went through natural frozen cycle and two embryos was put in ...BFN again.
So this year end of January we done medicated frozen cycle and one being put in ....BFN again 😔
Now we have only one left frostie and I’m 40 in November so last Tuesday I had my AMH repeated and 2day I had a call that is 6.7 .
I haven’t done nothing to increase it. I being only recommended to take some DEHA supplements 75 mg (25 mg x3 a day ) but I haven’t start taking them yet.
I’m so confused.
Is any of u ladies had similar situation or know but more about AMH ? Thank u

Your AMH isn’t a steady number, it does fluctuate each month slightly. I also had mine done with a small increase, from 8.6 to 9.7 (18 months apart) and was told that it was a normal fluctuation and it just indicated my reserves weren’t only a decline yet.
Yes mine has increased since my last test but I think they do vary month on month. I really don’t think AMH measurement is perhaps quite as critical as is made out due to the fluctuations in testing. I would def see it as a good thing that it hasn’t decreased x
I was really worried about the results but looks like we may still have a chance . We booked on 16 June as consultation with a doctor who done my operation on my fallopian tubes us I’m thinking for him to do hysteroscopy....just to see if everything is ok there.
I’m really sorry hun for your mmc I hope everything will work for u . Lots of love xx
Ho Olivia, mine increased to. It was initially 12, went down to 6 and then back up to 8. I do agree it probably fluctuates month to month and isn't a be all and end all, just an indicator. However, we made a lot of changes diet wise, supplement wise and lifestyle wise and I like to think that also had something to do with it xxx
Hi if you dont mind me asking what changes did you make with supplements, diet and lifestyle. My Amh is really low at 4 and we've been trying for a long time now, this is the 1st time I've ever had it tested and due to have a retest in a couple of weeks. Thank you xx
Hi hun part from my first cycle I being always taking folic acid , what left I had pregnacare ,and last years for a month I was taking supplement NHP support fertility for woman and around 2months ago .
The only thing I never took before is DEHA supplements. I got those but I haven’t start taking them yet ...so to be honest I haven’t done anything special hun.
If u don’t mind me asking what medications u was when u done your fresh cycle? Xx
