Would like to hear of stories from anyone who has had IVF abroad, in particular in Spain if any. How did you find the whole process? Was it considerably cheaper? Was the language barrier an issue?
Thank you

No experience..but l think some gals have been to Greece. Sorry can't be of help. Welcome 😀
I went to Spain. To Barcelona. Language not an issue but not particularly cheaper. We had donor eggs and the waiting list is shorter x
We're with IVF-Spain now. It's not cheap, but you get more (blastocysts) for your money. Language not really an issue - they all speak English there though sometimes on the phone I find it a bit hard to understand. We're doing a DE cycle with them. I'm finding it hard to be honest, healthcare provider so far away and sometimes last minute requests to source and administer drugs ourselves, which has been difficult and stressful. I'm undecided about how this is going to go.. One thing though is that they seem to be more thorough in the tests they do on us - they've found things we didn't know before. And it is nice to go away for breaks together in such a beautiful spot.
Hi there hope you don’t mind, may I ask how things progressed with IVF Spain? We are about to fly out for our first consultation day next month ? Many thanks.
I’m with a Spanish fertility clinic. I’ve had no problems with language and have always found them very helpful. They are not cheap and sometimes I wish we were at a closer place. But it is a lovely place to go and relax xxx
