Copper coil has it moved

I couldn't feel my strings have never been able to had it in over a year now and it felt strange when me and my partner were having sex yesterday and now I can feel the strings has it moved should I be worried does it need checking?

My period is now 3 days late and boobs are sore x

It moved it has been taken out period is 5 days late after it being removed 2 hours after I had a small amount of bright red blood that only lasted seconds and pregnancy tests are negative my nipples really hurt and I kept waking up last night with a funny taste in my mouth xx
