10 dp5dt brown discharge and some pink red

First cycle of ivf am 27 unexplained infertility , had one 5 day embryo transferred 10 days ago and due to test tomorrow but have had brown discharge on and off since day 8. Sometimes it was like tiny strings/specks and today I have had some pink/red when I wiped this morning. Have had nothing but brown discharge since but am terrified my period is coming. Has anyone had similar and gone on to have a positive test?

I had some brown/light pink discharge on days 8 and 9 and went on to get a bfp! Don't lose hope wishing you lots of luck xx

Thank you, glad to hear you got a bfp 😁 it has come back now and is more red but very little😥I phoned the clinic and they have said they aren't alarmed by it but still can't help but worry. Test is tomorrow so haven't got to wait much longer x

I was exactly the same and googled everything, but it just made me panic even more. It's easy to say now I've come through it, but try and relax this evening and tomorrow morning will come around before you know it. Wishing you lots of luck and baby dust xx

Bfn....and now heavy period 😥 I kind of knew yesterday so came to terms with it then so wasn't too surprised this morning. Still tough though and dont want to speak to anyone 😣 Luckily have 7 frozen so am trying to think about the next one. Fingers crossed the next one sticks.

Hi hun, the exact same thing happened to me last week. It's so disheartening and I still don't think I'm ok about it. Give yourself some time and make sure you look after yourself. We are strong women given what we have all been through even making it to the 2ww with all the meds,injections etc. Stay strong x

Thank you sk85. I am feeling a little more positive today spoke to the clinic and is reassuring to know I can try again real soon. Am putting it down to experience and looking forward to the next one. Was this your first one? X

Yes this was my first try. We only get 1 free attempt on the NHS in our area so need to start looking at private clinics when I'm ready to. X

Oh wow you have seven Frosties!!!!! That's incredible and what an amazing back up!!!!! I had 4 left on day 6 but none of them were frozen 😢 so I have to wait for round 2 - but hopefully you'll still get your BFP with one of your round one snowflakes xxxx
