CoQ10 for infertility, conceiving, miscarriage and endometriosis??

Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone has used CoQ10 to aid in conceiving? Or if you've used it for endometriosis?

I read online that CoQ10 helps reduce miscarriage chances, reduce endometriosis symptoms and raises your chance of getting pregnant.

Can anyone confirm this? Or has anyone used CoQ10 and had it work for any of the above?

I am 28 with endometriosis and suffered a miscarried 26/12/2018.

Hi, I’ve been recommended Pureclinica CoQ10 and the Vitabiotics Pregnacare (before conception) vitamins by my accupuncturist. I’m currently down-regging on my 3rd IVF cycle and I have to say that the CoQ10 seems to have given me an energy boost. Good luck!x

I’ve used ubiquinol which is coq10 but better absorbed I used it for 3 mths 600mg amongst other supplements like dhea, I added pqq for 6 weeks. I conceived the 3rd cycle after our 2nd mc but we mc again. I’m currently taking the surplus of ubiquinol pregnancy supplement and other vits I’ve left over. So for me I was disappointed they didn’t work or did I not take them long enough?

My ivf clinic recommended I start Ubiquinol COQ10 so started about a month ago. I have endometriosis and will be having a lap in a few weeks before starting ivf. They said it should hopefully help with egg quality. I’m really sorry to hear about your loss and wish you all the very best x
