No heavy lifting. No hot baths. No swimming. No hot water bottles. Good luck xx

I found that lots of walking was good for me. But don’t over do it. Definitely no strenuous exercise or heavy lifting. No swimming or hot baths. There are various things that people believe you should be eating at this point such as pineapple (with core) Brazil nuts, blueberries and pomegranate juice but no one has direct proof they work. Good luck!

Hi Amna

Its important to relax take it easy aatch box sets, listen to relaxing music, go for walks etc. Let your embie do the hard work x

I personally didnt hoover or do much housework or drive as i had extreme tiredness...but it was all worth it. Everyone is different so do what is right for you. X good luck x

I was advised to carry on more or less as normal except no heavy lifting, no Jacuzzis (not a problem!) and nothing strenuous that would divert blood flow from the uterus (so nothing that would get you red in the face)

Best of luck xxx
