Hi everyone! New to this as feel anxious!

Husband had no sperm count so Icis it is for us, he had a biopsy and sperm was retrieved!!

First round starting this month with me starting my nasel spray on 28th, starting to feel anxiety as it’s finally about to start!!

Any tips on helping with the process welcome!

Hopefully next year will be our year 🤞 xx

No tips as such, it’s all a bit overwhelming at times but just take it step by step, you’ll get the hang of everything. Good luck and Merry Christmas xx

Think of it as a hurdle race, take each day as it comes and celebrate small victories. Remember to think positive! Its an exciting time!! Masses of luck! xx

I hope things go well for you. Just stay positive and calm. Don't stress about things. A lot of people opt for yoga as that really helps. I myself have opted for it. It really helps me mentally. Other than this make sure to eat well. Sending baby dust your way.

I know how you feel. Try some relaxation techniques, there are few apps you can download. Even if they only help short term I think it’s worth trying. Visualising the end result will definitely make you feel a lot better. Good luck. Xx
