ICSI : Bleeding 2 days before Testing

I’ve had ICSI and currently In the 2WW. Period due today and I am two days away from testing. Like with all periods they always start light and brown exactly what I have seen this evening. if it’s red and in full flow in the morning then it’s game over 😢 how does one sleep now?

Don’t worry, it’s not necessarily game over, I have been bleeding on and off since two days before my OTD. On two occasions it’s been bright red and medium heavy. Try not to worry yourself this evening. My clinic carried out some hcg tests to give me some reassurance after my BFP. Take care x

I had bit bleeding b4 testing with 1st pregnancy.just rest honey

Don’t give up hope! I started with brown spotting on day 7 and by day 10 it was red blood but not much!! Thought it was game over......but on test day we had a really strong positive test!! My clinic reassured me that bleeding can be very normal especially with ivf pregnancies xxx

The brown is still super light and feels like my normal period (after 20+ years I could be completely wrong this time) Period probably affected by the meds this month. Will wait til tomorrow for test day 🥺 difficult times..

You are not out unless it is red and heavy.

The day of my period I started having mild period-like cramps on and off and brown spotting till today which makes it 4 days.

It seems to have started easing off.

I am yet to test though. Till Saturday but will definitely test before then.

As others have said it could be completely normal

I would suggest as I have to others to up your progesterone pessary dose as it may be needing extra support to stop the lining breaking down.

There's no harm in doing so but discuss with your clinic if you're unsure
