Hi, does anyone know what is the best treatment for Low AMH? There is so much info out there but a lot of it just feels like marketing for clinics. Thanks everyone

Hi Jenny, just wanted to reply to your post. For myself I tried acupuncture and changing my diet. I’m sure there are other suggestions others can probably offer you as well x
I tried Accupuncture too and taking DHEA. My AMH did improve a bit but the side effects of the meds weren’t great xx
Unfortunately there isnt much that can be done for a low AMH although Ive still seen ladies get pregnant with a low number. Have you tried DHEA & ubiquinol, these two can help....or they helped me get better quality embryos (my AMH was 7.19), not entirely sure if they upped my levels though as they werent retested.xx
Hi read it starts with the egg. I had 6 pmol AMH told was on cut off for nhs ivf funding. I took coq10 650mg a day Zita west vita fem and boost vitamin d and did shots of wheatgrass daily. Not sure if it helped but fell pregnant naturally 2 cycles after laparoscopic surgery.
