First scan pre IUI

So I’m CD10 and FSH injections low dose 37.5 day 6. I had my second blood test and my first vaginal ultrasound this morning. My lining looks good apparently and we have two dominant follicles on my right side measuring 12mm and 13mm.

Technician said they look good. But I want your opinions Is that good, normal bad?

They will call this afternoon in regards In next tests and any dosage changes.
