Just wondering if anyone has had any luck using inositol to help with egg quality, without having PCOS? Am already on ubiquinol, melatonin etc etc. Thanks xx

I think I read that inositol doesn’t make any difference for women without PCOS. It might have been in the book “It starts with an egg”. Good luck xx
I take it and don’t have pcos. Zita West recommends it I think... I have finally got blasts after taking inositol and ubiquinol consistently, and even conceived naturally twice xx
