Is it just me or is a FET more of a pain in the ass then a fresh cycle!!?! The meds seem to have lasted forever and I still have another fortnight before thaw 🤦🏻♀️
If we get round to it this will be my first ET, feeling restless, meds making me feel shitty and I suppose more nervous than ever!

I had Estrodial tablets 1 tablet 3 times a day, a scan on day 12 then started pessaries and transfer 3 days after. The 2ww was absolutely awful though. Xx
I hear you! I’m finding the FET harder than I thought and my 2WW is proving to be a psychological test of the worse kind!!! I hope you are finding ways to keep calm and I wish you all the best xxx
I very much understand you. I did not do well on estradiol in preparation for FET... (and I am supposed to start again today, sigh), at least it got better once I added the progesterone, but overall not much fun. How long have you been on estradiol? Xxx
Thanks girls. Seems like as always everyone’s different. Unfortunately I just don’t have a great deal of faith in the clinic which doesn’t help.
I’m on buserelin starting my 4th week now, seems like much longer than they said it was going to be, had to get another vial 😩 they haven’t said much but ‘keep on’ introduced estradiol tabs at the weekend but have till next tues before a scan and potentially booked in for transfer on 2nd Nov 😩
I was on short protocol for my fresh cycle and I felt like that flew by. For my first FET I was on long protocol and that did feel like it dragged on in comparison with the fresh. The other 2 FETs I did short and they were much quicker, albeit still think I was on meds for less time on the fresh cycle (though I definitely didn’t miss the 2 injections a day - 1 was enough for me!) Good luck with your cycle!
