hi everyone, I have only 1 blastocyst so this is our only shot at this. Today we have been told I can go natural rather than completely medicated when it comes to the transfer. My consultant explained that as I have regular periods, ovulation etc that natural is the route he would suggest as I’m not putting so many meds into my body but the choice is mine.
I’m after others opinions and experience please?
Thank you x

For my FET I did a natural cycle and am now 21+3 weeks pregnant.
I wouldn’t necessarily say it was doing the natural cycle that made it successful, but I think it was so much better for my body and mind to have less drugs pumped into me. It also helped me trust my body more.
I recommend weighing it up and doing what feels right for you.
the natural cycle is so much easier for definite! But didnt work for me. My little boy was conceived via fully medicated FET with down reg and I’m currently 8 weeks with the same process. So as much as I don’t enjoy the FET meds all I’m slightly bias towards that way (for me at least!) from what the clinic told me and my own google research the odds are pretty much the same though if you have regular cycles and ovulate. There is also a naturally modified FET that’s somewhere in the middle perhaps you could also ask your clinic about that? Xx
I had 7 transfers before my BFP and it was modified natural that was my one. I’m now 21 +2 💖 The logic behind natural cycle mages sense to me. Good luck!
