How long after stopping lubion do you bleed?

So I had a failed first cycle, we had two embryos transferred back on day 4, one 8 cell and one early blast,my otd was Thursday 20th sept, it was negative, clinic told me to take the rest of the lubion injections I had left which took me to Sunday morning,test again which was negative too,since then I hav had a few spots of light brown blood but no bleed?

Just wondering if anyone else had the same? Googling it seems a bleed comes around 2-3 days later.

I'm fully bloated like I'm going to start my period and back pain but I just wana know when this bleed is supposed to appear?

Anyone else been on these injections and if so how long did it take for a bleed to come?
