Cold feet?

Anyone suffer with really cold feet? I want to keep them warm due to having FET soon.

Yep! I have bad circulation and lupus anticoagulant. When I was young I had chilblains in my toes. Ouch. I wear thick socks as the weather starts getting colder. Hubby also bought me a foot spa and a hot water bottle that has like a slipper attachment to put your feet in. I also found that reflexology was amazing. Perhaps you can give it a try xx

Im actually going to Kore therapy so im hoping this will help. But i had to miss my 2nd one last week due to being poorly.

My trouble is i hate wearing socks and having warm feet but if it helps my lil egg implant i will do anything

Hi. If there’s nothing medically wrong with your circulation, then I’m afraid it’s socks and exercising your feet when you sit or lie down. Treat yourself to a foot spa and give them a soak regularly, some massage your feet too. Hope all goes well with the FET. Diane

I always have cold feet too but like you I too hate wearing socks. Things we have to do 😂 x

At the moment im sat wearing hubby slippers cuz i dnt own a pair lol

I always have cold feet. I did invest in some Epsom salts from Amazon (big bags) and I sit with my feet in a basin with lots of the sales each day. The Epsom salts are supposed to be great for us and it actually also helps to soften my weirdly hard feet. Double bonus! Xx
