Buserelin

Morning ladies!

Just a quick one. Does it matter what time of day the buserelin injections are taken? I took them in the morning on my first cycle but with my work commute this is going to be difficult. Thinking about taking them in the evening. I would call the clinic but I’m due to start them today 🙈 has anyone been told this is a morning thing?

I was told morning but think some other people do evening.

As others have said I was told by my clinic that I should do it in the evening and at he same time preferably, give or take an hour. Good luck x

It doesn’t matter what time of day you do them, as long as they are at a regular time. I did mine in the evening around 9pm, as I found mornings were tricky depending on what I was doing with work.

My consultant told me in the evening roughly the same time (9-11pm), so when I start the FSH injections too they'll also be at the same time as I have to go for bloods in the morning and then he can let me know during the day what to adjust the dosage to for that evening. Xx good luck it's all so overwhelming huh. I'm on my first round too and it's so much to learn! Xx

I’ve always taken mine in the evening around 7/7:30pm xx
