A little introduction ...

Hello everyone, I thought I'd Introduce myself in the hopes of finding some support!! I'm 25, married and I've been trying for our first baby on and off for 6 years now with PCOS. I've not had much luck with finding a supportive doctor or consultant and I'm now stuck between 2 consultants and a doctor who disagree with each other... leaving me stuck in the middle 😡😡 My doctor first lied to me when I went in after 2 years ttc and told me there was nothing wrong with me.. turns out PCOS was the reason for my infertility. I then went on to have a hsg, Clomid, metformin and ovarian drilling surgery. It's attacking my mental health, I feel so low and unneeded in life and I can't find support anywhere. I'm sick of letting others decide my future when they can't decide between them what the next plan of action is!!!

I’m sorry you’re feeling so rubbish - it sounds like your doc & consultants aren’t being much use! Hopefully things will start looking up soon though and you’ll have a plan in place.

Bless you, what a nightmare you've been contending with.

I'm not surprised you feel like its attacking your mental health, I totally sympathise.

Like Caza2009 said, you're not alone, we are all here on journeys too. There is a wealth of support here and lots of lovely people wanting to support and offer advice to each other.
