We have been told to do a pregnancy test at 11dp5dt. I can see that other ladies have been told to test at 13dp5dt or even 15dp5dt. Is there any reason that people are given different dates? Or is it just different clinics?
Also, why do some people have blood tests and others are told to do pregnancy tests?

Here in nz we have blood tests at 9dp5dt which is awesome, and we are told not to do any HPT's. I don't know how you ladies wait so long those 9 days are hard enough!
Ooo that’s so good. Blood tests are much more accurate and detect lower levels of HCG, so I’ve read... I wish they did that here. The 2ww is soooo looong and hard, ha! Thank you so much xxx
Ah ok! Best of luck for 24th! Our OTD is this Sunday (19) which is 11dp5dt. If it had been a weekday I think I would have waited to the next weekend as 11 days seems early, but I’m not sure I can wait another 5 days!! And I don’t fancy testing and then having to go to work Xx
I was always asked to test 11 days after transfer and always just a pregnancy test x
Interesting - it really does vary! I find it so strange that there are such different timetables in place for different clinics. Best of luck to you xx
I had two 5 day blastos transferred last Friday (10th Aug) and was told to test at home and ring clinc with result on day 12p5dt. This was the same as my last frozen cycle too. The wait is the worst 😩 xxx
It is so long. I had two five day blasts transferred on 8 Aug so on a similar cycle to you! Really good luck - I’m so scared and nervous - and a little bit excited, but trying not to be excited as don’t want to get hopes up!! I sound mad! Xx
I am trying to remember how I felt with my last successful cycle but can’t remember as it was over 3 years ago. Every cramp, ache, twinge is sending my mind into overdrive.
Good luck to you too! Wishing all the best. Keep in touch xxx
