I’ve started injections (burselin, menopur, gonal f) on a short protocol. I am just finishing my period and am wanting to get back to my usual running routine. Did you Do exercise during this phase of IVF orvdid you take it easy? Wondering what the best thing to do is. I don’t want to put on weight by being sedentary yet want to do the best I can to coneceive. Any advice based on your experience would be appreciated.

I’ve just finished my injections and have EC tomorrow... I was advised to do light exercise also, nothing heavy impact, so I have been walking/light jogging, yoga and low impact HIIT workouts. I have 13 good follicles so it doesn’t appear to have impacted negatively! Good luck xx
