Exercising straight after buserelin injection

This might be a stupid question but can you exercise straight after doing a buserelin injection?

I’m sure I’m over thinking it but the timing of my shifts in work means my injection is due as I get to the gym. Just worrying exercising straight after will affect it working?

I don’t think any ivf treatment related question is stupid. I’m not sure..? If you had said your injection was half hour before I’d probably have said it would probably be fine. But actually I’m not sure why half an hour will make any difference. It’s most likely absolutely fine altogether but perhaps check with your clinic? Give them a quick call. I’m probably over thinking it to be honest it wasn’t a problem last time as I was taking my meds at a different time.

Hi Angharad24. I doubt there would be any problem. Be careful not to over exercise as it can mess with your hormones during treatment cycle. Just tne it down a little. Hope all goes well for you. Diane
