Biovea.com does both and it only takes about 5 days to deliver from America. They do 3mg Melatonin, which I bought, I'm sure they do 5mg too if u need it x

I thought it was for sleeping my friends kid has it for ADHD that’s why I thought you can’t buy it just prescribed lol

There's a school of thought that it can help increased egg quality for ladies who are a bit older and have low AMH. 3mg per day.

Be careful buying anything too cheap as vitamins quality can be compromised. Biovea were recommended by my consultant as being good quality.
