Unsure about this spotting...

Hi, new to this group...

I was on depo from age 19-32, had about 18mth break and been back on it for about 4 years... Came off it in March this year as we've decided to try for a baby. I've read many different stories about how long it takes for everything to go back to normal so really not sure what to expect. Started on Wednesday with a browny discharge with a little brown blood and a bit of what maybe looked like a clot (only once and then back to discharge). I'm trying to work out whether this is things settling down and periods starting to return or if there is a chance I could be pregnant - not done a test yet as only just read that this can happen when pregnant or just after implantation...

Every time we've had sex, it's been unprotected, with the last time being last Sunday.

Any suggestions please?

Hi welcome hun.

I'm afraid there's no way of telling hun just don't know till either your period shows up or doesn't. How have your periods been since coming off the depo or is this your first bit of bleeding? Xx

This is the first sign of anything in the last 4 years...

But it's first spotting since you've come off the depo, it's just a, wait and see approach hun. Sometimes when you've been on bc for so long your cycles will take time to adjust and get into any type of pattern. Obvs there is a chance of you being pregnant but it's just a wait and see approach hun, hope it happens soon for you xxx
