I'm really freaking out on Monday I'll be 3 weeks pregnant but this afternoon I have started spotting. Anyone has had the same symptoms? What should I do? xx

I'm 5 weeks and started bleeding a bit. It's just pinkish on the tissue. I too am unsure of this xxx

My mate had major bleeds in the first 9 weeks. She was seen at the local epu who did some extra scans and signed her of work as she has a history of miscarriages. She's 13 weeks (just had another bleed) but all is well with her bean.

Hi Magc22. Sadly, this is so common, and we don't have all the answers. Sometimes it because of all the procedures you have been through, and hopefully all should settle back down, and we never find out why. Obviously, if you get any pain, or it becomes heavy, then perhaps see a doctor/clinic for advice. Hope all continues to be OK. Thinking of you. Diane

The Internet says 25% women experience spotting up to 12 weeks and deliver healthy babies later on. I second your suggestion absolutely!

The foetus experiences major developments during these 12 weeks and may cause cervical changes. Stay optimistic!

Not just physical exhaustion alone but emotional distress as well may interrupt with normal gestation. So, simply make it as relaxing and free of anxiety as possible.

I can understand you're worried and just want to be watchful if that helps. But as long as it's just a few pinkish drops once a while, your baby will be just fine. It's probably the cervical bleeding. Little spotting during the 1st trimester is common in many women. Don't panic just yet!

Avoid using tampons, it's better to simply wipe off instead. Sending you lots of love and luck! :)
